All good things

A mature Spirit knows there is value in EVERY life event. Blessings hide in the nooks and crannies of pain and pleasure, crises and calm, wounds and wellness. Before condemning someone for all eternity for a perceived cruelty enacted upon you, consider what may not have occurred in an alternate scenario. Who would not have been born? What may you have been less driven to achieve? Where would you be today? If you have not yet found a healthy place for difficult memories, trace them back to all the things it motivated you to do, not just the bad feelings it created. Give thanks for the journey and, if you can, thank the person. Release the rest into the ether and live out loud. Use the energy you've been withholding in fear and anger to create today's Divine sanctions. You are blessed.

Self-healing

Whatever your malady, you hold the key to your own healing and salvation. Stop looking outside yourself for pieces to make you whole. It's not always easy, but it's simple. Gratification is likely to be delayed and inconceivable from where you are right now. Stop seeking artificial solutions to organic issues, many of which you created and and that you can eliminate with self-discipline and common sense. Your state of health, peace of mind, quality of life rests solely in your hands. You are the cure. Forgive yourself for how you've contributed to your own misery and start self-correcting right now. Choose to be an example, not a statistic.

Benefits of Reiki

Reiki is a simple, affordable, readily accessible therapy for complex mental and physical health concerns. It is easily taught for self-treatment or can be administered by a Practitioner. It's an effective complementary therapy to recovery and addiction, depression, bi-polarism and other health challenges. It is non-invasive and can work positively with any medical treatments you're receiving from a physician.

Reiki for addiction: Being enslaved to life-threatening substances and behaviors is more rampant than most are willing to admit. Shopping, gambling, lying, sex, drugs, alcohol and  food are but a few addictions wreaking havoc in the lives of millions of Americans. Reiki opens the door for recipients to self-heal with clarity of thought and choices made from a position of authentic empowerment.

Reiki for loss and a broken heart: Loss occurs on many different levels. Whether we've been displaced from our home, ended a love relationship, lost a job or severed a friendship, broken-heartedness can prove a fierce obstacle to recovery. Reiki removes energy that binds us to people and things that are no longer useful or good for us. It helps clear out the old to make room for fresh and loving energy to move in, thus, creating a life we deserve and desire.

Reiki and emotional healing: PTSD, suicidal thoughts, depression and anxiety are a few symptoms of trauma. Survivors of rape and incest, veterans and others who are coping with deep emotional imprints caused by tragic events can be taught to self-heal using Reiki, making it avaiilable to them whenever they feel symptoms of their mental condition building from within. Reiki's gentle relaxation and mind clearing benefits can see someone through a crisis long enough for them to reach out for the help they need before causing harm to themselves or others.

Remote Reiki: Get Reiki from any practitioner in the world. Just as all living beings are connected, so is the vital energy that surrounds each individual. Like prayer, healing energy can be sent from anywhere to anywhere. Call today if you'd like to discuss how a remote Reiki session may help you.

Reiki therapy can be helpful when ...

  • you or a loved one needs spiritual, energetic, emotional or physical healing;
  • you or someone you know is struggling to break free of negative behaviors and addiction;
  • you have lost your compass and wish to be realigned with all that is good, right and in your highest and greatest interest;
  • you just want to feel and be your best self!

How to help

The greatest help you can be to others is to stabilize your own resources to the best of your ability. Make sure you and yours have a clean, safe place to lay at night, peace of mind, enough food to eat, heat, electricity, hot water and phone service in addition to necessary education and the best head start in life you can provide your young ones. When you do this, you lift the burden of worry from the shoulders of those who would support you in times of need, thus leaving them to focus on securing their own well being and ensuring they are in a position to help you when needed ... and believe me, you WILL need it ... we all do. Also, be discerning of to whom you offer assistance and how you decide to help others. Are you in a position to help someone else or are you inviting chaos and lack into your own world? Sometimes we get so caught up in helping someone that we don't see ourselves being pulled into their drama. Lastly, consider this: perhaps the person you perceive to be in need is in the throes of learning a vital life lesson. Be willing to stand back, offer emotional support, and bear witness to a miracle unfolding in that person's life. As my sister always says, "God loves them, too.

Truth AND consequences

KNOW THIS: Your young people are paying attention to EVERYTHING you say and do. They identify with your thoughts and behaviors to give them a sense of belonging. They use your integrity and hypocrisy as a metronome by which to calibrate their moral compass. They model how you treat others and how you respond to adversity and pressure; this becomes how they cope with life's challenges. Even when they smack their lips, roll their eyes and suck their teeth, they feel and hear what you are saying. They watch what you do, and receive that data into their brain computer for processing. THEY ARE WATCHING, AND WILL EVENTUALLY BECOME FACSIMILES OF YOU. Now ... sit with that for a while.
