No compete

For me, maturity has come with a liberating release of the need to compete --- even with myself. What a sweet surrender. By doing as well as I can in any given moment, I am free from the need or desire to be, think, look or feel any differently than in this present moment.Hot damn!

Sex and the sacred womb

Your womb is not an amusement park granting admission and a quick thrill for a paltry exchange (money, a few seconds of pleasure, dates, the possession of 'good looks'.), without regard for character or intent. She is sacred, hallowed ground, the cradle of the Universe. She is a dark and mysterious laboratory in which our primal urge to procreate is satisfied with a precision that cannot be duplicated under any other circumstances. She is tabula rasa, awaiting provisions for the creation of demi gods and goddesses. Intercourse is the delivery method for raw materials to perform this task. The quality of these supplies and the energy surrounding delivery are in direct correlation to the quality of the finished product. Additionally, they set the stage for her condition beyond childbearing years. Please, nurture her with the unconditional love and reverence she deserves, for within her walls is a (hi)story, neither good or bad, chronicling every voluntary and involuntary act of penetration, demand and delivery. Through our sexual choices, brothers and sisters, we are the authors and editors of this great tale of the nativity of mankind.

Never lost

Life is AMAZING! Trust that we are exactly where we're supposed to be. Sometimes ego takes over and we take scenic detours that lead to places we have no business. Not to worry. God's GPS is working behind the scenes ... creating corrective paths back to The Way. So if you find yourself in trouble, don't sweat. Like the song says, there are no mistakes, just lessons to be learned.

Feel, think, speak?

People wonder how my sisters and I manage to stay close with relatively little in-fighting. One of my sisters describes it as being happily two-faced. If you have a problem with a sib, THINK before you speak. It's not very kind or necessary to tell someone 100% of what you think of them 100% of the time. If you THINK before you speak, you will be better able to determine if you're forcing your opinions, expressing your fears as facts, or coming from a position of genuine love and caring. THINK before you speak. Is it (T)rue - (H)elpful - (I)nspiring - (N)ecessary - (K)ind? If not, think again.

New web page

Wellness Uprising has a new Web site. After many hours of writing and tweaking, we have finally settled into our newly designed e-home. In addition to a beautiful new banner, we've combined our domains. The Services tab is home to healing services and Tarot energy reading information. We've created a sacred space and combined domains for wellness clients and friends who seek advice from our Tarot energy readings. Youcan continue to use the URL to which you're accustomed, www.rhondakuykenddalljabari.com or www.wellnessuprising.com, to find us on the Internet.

Our new banner is a photo of the elements of air, water, earth, fire and metal.

Air is essential to life. It is the first and last thing we experience from birth to our transition back to the ether and beyond as we rejoin Source.

In Taoism, water represents intelligence and wisdom. It is the most powerful element as it is virtually indestructible. It travels from the oceans, to the skies and back down to earth again, in precise measurements that never wavers in amounts. It readily shifts between solid (ice), liquid (water) and gas (steam) forms. Water's attributes are creative, reflective, sensitive and persuasive. It is both fluid and unyielding as it takes the form of any container into which it is poured, yet is unstoppable as a body in motion.

Earth is harmonizing, stable, reliable and industrious. It is the source of vegetation which provides us with food and oxygen.

Fire is a mighty purifier, cleansing to the spirit and, in the physical sense, a quick restorer to our original form of ashes and dust.

Metal is extracted from the earth. Its positive attributes are determination, persistence and strength.

Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the our new site. You'll find a revamped blog, a media section with videos and links to recent newsletters, an events calendar and useful information about our services. We hope you'll make our virtual home your virtual home. Welcome.
